Mixed.
My week has been great so far! hmm apart from the medicine..
I enjoyed myself leading worship this weekend, I like the worship songs especially "Unfailing Love". Heh. The song reminded all of us about God's constant, never changing love. A love that is incapable of error and inexhaustible. WoW!
After school on Monday, I went to Cinneleisure to find lena. Hung out with her for a little while. That was the last time we hung out before she left for Aussie. After that, we celebrated xiaodi's birthday. There wasn't any cake in the Hong Kong Cafe, so we bought the Mango Ice Kachang as a substitute for a birthday cake, let's call this a birthday ice? Then I went to von's place to meet up with joel chan, von, serene and kevin. Yea, it was a short meet up, but it was also the last time I could hang out with Joel.
On Tuesday, I went to Sentosa with Grace! Initially, I intended to have a lunch appointment. But she suggested to go Sentosa and I agreed! Oh mann, I had great fun. We had a good time sharing with each other and talking about how God has been working in our lives. Her testimonies never fail to let me understand the greatness of God.
I had floorball training on tuesday after. And I got whacked by a ball. Thank God my nose isn't bruised or anything, just slightly swollen (if you stare hard enough) and a little pain (if I rub it). Nonetheless, I enjoyed myself as well.. What can go wrong with team sports? I like.
Wednesday was a pretty sad/emotional day. We went to the airport at such an early hour to send Joel, Liang off to Perth to study and after that Lena and Eunice back to Sydney. Someone said, The feeling of being 2nd best just sucks, especially when it happens to you over and over again. Today, I went to the airport specially for you. Take care Joe, we'll see you this Christmas. :) ... ... It's exactly the feeling of "not treasuring something enough when you have it and missing it dearly when it's gone". All the times Joe rings me up when I'm doing something else (albeit unimportant) I'd be like, "Eh I'll talk to you later ok?" and how many times do I actually ring him back. I'm gonna miss Joel and all his nonsense, having someone to chat with me at the most random times, his company, and oh, just about everything else.
I hung out with Grace and Cheryl after seeing them off. We had so much time to spare! We were happily taking photos at the airport's viewing gallery. How ironic.
Sigh. I just fell sick! I had driving in the early afternoon. (Mr Sim is a little crazy today. Because unlike himself during other driving lessons, he scolded me like mad today. Oh my goodness.) I thought I was strong enough to go for my lecture. But I attended it halfway and left. I was barely awake. (Side effect of the medicine I think.) I went back to hall to sleep. I feel so weak and tired and I haven't done my tutorials due tomorrow. Pray for me okay! Thanks.
